PDRN Treatment Mechanism of Action
PDRN has taken the beauty world by storm for its extraordinary skin regeneration properties. PDRN stimulates and increases the metabolic activity of cells in the skin called fibroblasts so that to regenerate key components of the skin such as collagen, glycosaminoglycans and glycoproteins. PDRN activates tired aged and damaged cells to act younger and get to work again. It also acts mechanically as a scaffolding for cells and the extracellular matrix to grow. 3

2. Anti-Inflammatory effects: as a result, PDRN treatments can:

Additionally, most PDRN products have hyaluronic acid and glutathione in it. Hyaluronic acid is an essential ingredient for moisturizing, hydrating, and radiant glow skin; while Glutathione is a well known skin whitening/ brightening agent. Thus, PDRN treatments is an all in one procedure for all of your skin needs.
How is the treatment administered?
Numbing cream is applied prior to treatment to minimize any pain or discomfort. During the procedure, the PRDN treatment will be injected into your skin with a very tiny needle, to reduce downtime as much as possible.
While downtime depends on the individual’s skin type, it is generally minimal. You might experience some redness and tiny bumps on your skin immediately after your treatment, but this should subside in an hour or so.
How soon can you see the results?
While the skin rejuvenation process depends on your individual cellular turnover rate, most patients are able to see some improvement after the first few days of treatment.
- The best results tend to be observed after 3-4 treatments, each of which should be spaced 3-4 weeks apart.
