Efficacy/Effect:
1. Symptoms of difficulty in excreting sputum in the following bronchial diseases/conditions accompanied by thick, high-viscosity sputum:
1) Adults: Acute and chronic bronchitis, bronchiectasis, asthma-like bronchitis, pharyngitis, sinusitis, cystic fibrosis, postoperative pulmonary complications
2) Children: acute and chronic bronchitis, cystic fibrosis

1. Dissolution of mucus
1) Intravenous Injection
Inject 600 to 900 mg acetylcysteine at a time for adults and 300 to 450mg for children 2 to 3 times a day (Preparation of injection: Dilute with physiological saline injection or 5% glucose injection, and then inject slowly (over a 5-minute period)
2) Intramuscular Injection
Inject 300mg once for adults and 150mg for children once or twice a day.
2. Detoxification of acetaminophen poisoning
In the first 15 minutes, 150mg/kg of body weight is diluted in 200ml of 5% glucose solution for intravenous injection. Then, dilute 50mg/kg of body weight in 500ml of 5% glucose injection solution for an IV drip over a 4-hour period. Finally, 100mg/kg of body weight is diluted in 1,000ml of 5% glucose injection solution for intravenous injection over a 16-hour period. The total injected amount is 300 mg/kg body weight, over an administration period of 20 hours and 15 minutes. One treatment is sufficient for detoxification. Adjust the amount of injected solution according to the weight of the patient.?
